3 Fruits That Keeps You Forever young

You want to keep your appearance young without consuming any pills? Or injecting Botox on / into your face?

That could happen if you know the right kind of food to consume, Fruit to be exact for this article. Some fruits contained a high amount of antioxidant that when you consume them frequently or on daily basis they could help your body to produce anti-aging system.

There are a number of fruits, but here are the 3 easiest and commonly found fruits:

APPLES (RED/GREEN)
This most commonly found fruit contained antioxidant on every bites. This fruit is easy to come by, you can slice it or you can mix it with some other fruits and make a juice or whatever. Just have it as your daily consumption.

DRAGON FRUIT (PITAYA)
This fruit looks funny and scaly. But they do not taste weird at all. Just eat the flesh because the skin is not edible.

STRAWBERRY (AND Its FELLOW BERRIES)
Oww, Strawberry! Nice one right? You can juice it, put it on your cake, and make it as jam on your sandwiches. If you do not favor strawberry, you can also have blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries! They all contained antioxidant, so feel free to consume them.

There are some other fruits you can consume to gain the needed antioxidant substance. They do not just make you stay young; they also prevent cancers and other disease caused by the free radicals. By consuming these fruits and staying young does not mean you do not grow old. It is just that you keep your appearance young and your body healthy.

So, consume your healthy fruits but along side of that, sleep on time and drink lots of water.
